Job advertisement

Our consultants prepare and organise the design and publication of the job advertisement with the approval of the customer. We are responsible for the management of applicant replies. We also interview potential candidates and prepare the short-list including candidates with higher calibre. During this stage our consultants present the customer with a full report of each candidate including CV and their key success attributes. During the final stages we offer assistance with the final selection interviews and with final negotiations once the customer decides on a candidate.
