We contact potential candidates directly. This practice is frequent for middle, senior or positions that require specific abilities. Our consultants will manage all headhunting activities, interview the potential candidates and prepare the short-list including candidates with higher calibre. During this stage our consultants present the customer with a full report on each candidate including CV and their key success attributes. During the final stages we offer assistance with the final selection interviews and with the final negotiations once the customer decides on a candidate.
